1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

Product is damaged during delivery
Wrong item received
Product significantly different from description

2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within:

48 hours of delivery

Send images & order ID to:

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized products
Handmade made-to-order items
Used or damaged items (after delivery)
Clearance sale items

Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Original Payment Method

Refund will be credited to original payment method

COD Orders

In COD cases, refund via bank transfer

5. Seller Responsibility

Since Pahadikala is a marketplace:

  • ✓ Sellers are responsible for product quality
  • ✓ Refund deductions may apply to seller accounts in case of disputes
